Incorrect or unauthorised property information causes problems for clients, agents and the brokerage. A verification step before publishing helps the team use the correct price, status, images and approval information.
Start with authorisation. Confirm that the brokerage and the agent are permitted to market the property and that the source documents are valid. The documents and approvals required vary by emirate, property type and advertising channel.
Next, review the property record. Check the location, unit details, price, availability, images and the responsible agent. Record the source of the information and the date it was last reviewed.
Advertising approval is a separate step. Dubai, for example, requires permits for many forms of property advertising through the relevant Dubai Land Department process, and the permit number and a Madhmoun QR code may need to be displayed on the advertisement. Abu Dhabi uses its own services through the Abu Dhabi Real Estate Centre and the Madhmoun platform.
After the property is published, assign clear responsibility for updates. If the status, price or authorisation changes, the public page and any linked campaign should be reviewed quickly.
Lista CRM helps connect property records, the responsible users, campaign sources and the enquiries they produce. It does not replace approval by the competent authority.
